Payday: your income splits into needs, wants and financial freedom.

Money in four places. A plan in none.

  • Broke by the 20th. Again.

    Rp 142.000 a day left

  • Some in the bank, some in an e-wallet, a crumpled receipt in your pocket.

    Money balance Rp 1.327.000

  • Netflix renewed. You forgot.

Reminder 3 days before it renews

  • You lent Dimas some money. Was it 200 or 250?

    Dimas owes you Rp 250.000

  • Was that coffee a need or a want?

    Coffee, Rp 28.000Wants

Bendaharaku puts it in order.

How it works

Three steps, every month.

  1. Split

    Split your income three ways.

Needs and wants get a limit. Freedom gets a target. Start from 50 / 30 / 20 and change it any time.

  2. Record

Record what you spend in a few taps.

Pick the account, the bucket and a label, let a receipt photo fill it in, or send it from Telegram.

  3. Track

Know where you stand, any day.

See what's left, what's close to the limit, and your pace to the end of the month.

Try your split.

Drag your monthly income and pick a starting point.

Monthly income

Rp 10.000.000

Rp 3.000.000Rp 30.000.000

Starting point

Pick the currency you budget in when you sign up: rupiah, dollars, euros and more.

  • Needs

    A limit to stay under

    50%

    Rp 5.000.000

  • Wants

    A limit to stay under

    30%

    Rp 3.000.000

  • Freedom

    A target to reach

    20%

    Rp 2.000.000

That's Rp 166.667 a day for needs.

A classic, for good reason.

Everything else, in the same place.

  • Every pocket, one total

Bank, e-wallet and cash, each with its own balance. Transfers never count as spending.

  • Bills that remind you

A push reminder before each one is due. Mark it paid in one tap.

  • Snap the receipt

A photo fills in the amount, shop and date. You check it, then save.

  • Who owes whom

One running balance per person, kept off the budget. Share a PDF statement.

  • Labels across buckets

Tag a trip or a treat and see what it cost in total.

  • Your year, in plain words

Streaks, savings rate, where it went, and how long your money would last.

  • Ask Raku

Tell Raku what you spent, or ask what's left for today. Already use Claude, Cursor or VS Code? Connect them too.

  • Record from Telegram

Send a receipt photo to the bot, tap a few answers, and it's saved. Changed your mind? Undo for 10 minutes.

Only your password opens it.

Your income, spending and debts open only with a password you set. Not even Bendaharaku can open them on its own.

  • A key of your own. Amounts, Raku's chats and receipt photos are locked with it. A copy of our database shows none of them, even with our own keys.

  • Your password stays on your device. Your browser turns it into the key, so the password itself never reaches us.

  • Lock names and notes too. Choose Fully locked and every name and note is locked as well. Reminders then stay general.

  • A recovery code, just in case. Forget your password and the code gets you back in. Nobody else can reset it for you, us included.

  • Telegram is up to you. Connect our bot and it keeps a key, so it can answer you anytime. Disconnect it and that key is gone.

Questions, answered.

What is Bendaharaku?

A personal budgeting web app. You split your monthly income into Needs, Wants and Financial Freedom, record what you spend, and see any day whether you're still within your limits, with today's limit for Needs and Wants. It works in English and Indonesian, in any browser.

What is the 50/30/20 rule?

A simple way to split your income: 50% for needs (rent, food, bills), 30% for wants (eating out, hobbies) and 20% for your financial freedom (savings, investing, paying off debt). Bendaharaku starts there, and you can change the split any time.

Do I need to connect my bank?

No. You record entries yourself or import a CSV. Bendaharaku never asks for your bank login.

Is it free?

Yes. Everything is free for now: budgeting, unlimited transactions and accounts, and receipt scanning, the Telegram bot and Raku, the assistant, within a fair monthly allowance.

Is my money data safe?

Yes. Your amounts, Raku's chats and receipts are locked with a password only you know, and the password never leaves your device. A copy of our database shows none of them, even with our own keys. The app never connects to your bank, and there are no ads and no selling of data.

What if I forget my password?

Use the recovery code you saved when you set it. It unlocks your data and lets you choose a new password. Nobody can reset the password for you, us included, so keep the code somewhere safe. Lose both, and you can start over with an empty account.

Can I lock names and notes too?

Yes. Choose Fully locked and every name and note is locked as well. Reminders then say “A bill is due tomorrow” instead of naming it. You can switch any time in Settings → Security.

Is there an AI assistant?

Yes: Raku, in the app and in Telegram. Tell it what you spent, send a receipt photo or a voice note, or ask how much you can still spend today. It answers in your language, and nothing is saved until you check it and tap Save.

Can it remind me about bills and goals?

Yes. Bills remind you before they're due, and you can set a weekly or monthly reminder to put money into a goal or to record your income. Reminders arrive as notifications on the devices where you turn them on.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, in your browser. Add it to your Home Screen for an app icon and reminders. On iPhone, reminders need this step.

Is it in Indonesian too?

Yes. It speaks Indonesian and English, you can switch any time, and your choice follows your account.

What happens to my data?

It's yours. Download a backup any time or delete your account. Receipt photos have their location data removed.

Can I connect my own AI assistant?

Yes, one that supports MCP, such as Claude, with a token you create. Choose read-only or read and write, and revoke it any time. It can't reach your budget without that token.

Can I record from Telegram?

Yes. Connect the Bendaharaku bot in Integrations, then send a receipt photo or type /new. The bot follows your account's language, English or Indonesian. Telegram chats aren't end-to-end encrypted. While connected, the bot keeps a key to your data so it can answer you anytime; disconnecting deletes it.

Which currencies does it support?

Each account keeps its books in one currency, chosen when you sign up: Indonesian rupiah, the Singapore, US, Australian and other dollars, ringgit, baht, peso, dong, euro, pound, yen and more. Cents work where the currency has them. You can switch later, but amounts aren't converted between currencies.

Next payday, already planned.
